My group isn't syncing

Make sure you're signed in to iCloud on your iPhone (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive should be on). Force-quit TalkFam and reopen it. If members still don't appear, ask one of them to resend the invite code from Group Settings → Manage Members.

I can't hear voice messages

Accepted Answer

Check your ringer switch isn't on silent — TalkFam respects iOS audio routing. Try connecting and disconnecting Bluetooth audio. In Settings → TalkFam, ensure Microphone and Notifications are enabled. If using Focus or Do Not Disturb, add TalkFam to your allowed apps.

Push notifications aren't working

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → TalkFam and confirm 'Allow Notifications' is on, with both Sounds and Banners enabled. If you have a Focus mode active, add TalkFam to its allowed list. As a last resort, sign out and back in to iCloud.

Question 4

Apple Watch isn't showing my groups

Accepted Answer

Open the Watch app on iPhone → My Watch → TalkFam, and confirm 'Show App on Apple Watch' is on. Force-quit the Watch app (hold side button → close) and reopen. On cellular Watches without iPhone nearby, you'll need an active data plan.

Question 5

How to delete my account

Accepted Answer

In the iPhone app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile and your messages from iCloud and signs you out of all your devices. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
